With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jeffrey Dean Hash (Coos Bay, Oregon), whose life came to an end on November 13, 2025 at the age of 59, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Jeffrey's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jeffrey has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hash and Arleen Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Patty Scott; his sister Jennifer Brown; his brother-in-law Deny Brown; and his stepfather Nate Perkins of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by nieces, grandnieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Southwestern Oregon Community College (1988 Newmark Ave, Coos Bay, OR 97420). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lostine Cemetery.
In honor of Jeff's generous spirit, contributions may be made to the Southwestern Oregon Community College Foundation where a scholarship will be created or to any local Border Collie rescue organization.
