With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Billings of Coquille, Oregon, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jackie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Neff and Edie Neff; and her brother Rick. She is survived by: her husband Dan Billings; her daughters, Jill Curran Bounds (Coquille) and Eddie Curran (Portland); her grandchildren, Theron Bounds, Logan Curran and Angela Curran; and her sisters, Carol, Nancy, Lani and Sally. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
