She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuzar and Josephine Kuzar; and her brother George "Buddy" Kuzar. She is survived by: her husband Karl Jerald "Jer" Wadsworth; her children, Kevin Haagen (Tami), Jerald Wadsworth, Brenda Thompson (Darren) and Carrie Blanton (Tommy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Haley, Tyler, Ciana, Ashley, Gracie, Brooklynn, Jace, Jarett and Howard; her great grandchildren, Shane, Maya, Riley, Aeson, Maci, Blakely, Layne and Waylon; her siblings, Rick Kuzar, Mike Kuzar (Judy), Denny Kuzar (Lisa), William "Bill" Kuzar (Millie), Timothy Kuzar (Mary Anne), Danny Kuzar (Chasity), Matt Kuzar (Melissa) and Josephine Ciezobka (David); and her siblings-in-law, Kent Wadsworth (Twila) and Chris Wadsworth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2405 Shelley Rd, Coquille, OR 97423). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Myrtle Crest Memorial Gardens (94105 Rink Creek Ln, Coquille, OR 97423).
