She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Owens; her parents, Rudolph Kemper and Mary Kemper; and her siblings, Gary Kemper and Marge Shininger.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly, Dave Mayo of Port Charlotte, FL, Brett, Shanna Rose of Kalispell, MT and Tammy Burns (Mike Hatcher) of Newberg, OR; and her siblings, David, Pat, Rick, Larry (Tubs), Kathy, Kenny, Bonnie and Randy (Joe). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grand children.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (39135 NW Harrington Rd, Cornelius, OR 97113). A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
