He is survived by: his mother June Nixon Ames; his grandson Bud; his wife Jan; his daughters, Denise Cardinali (Tom Cardinali), Marjorie Ames and Susan Tostenrude (David Tostenrude); his grandchildren, Kenton Holme, Makenna Holme, Natalie Cardinali, Anthony Cardinali and Caitlin Tostenrude; his great grandchild Rylee Tostenrude; and his siblings, Ann Meier and Robert Heckendorf (Carleen). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
