He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hendrix and Helen Hendrix; his daughter Samantha; his great grandchild Gary; and his siblings, Sandy Schreiber, Betty Short and Joe Hendrix.
He is survived by: his wife Angellea Steeprow; his children, Joni (Ben) and Bryan (Patricia); and his sisters, Jan Olsen and Julie Hendrix. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
