Karen Marie Baughman Obituary

We announce the death of Karen Marie Baughman (Corvallis, Oregon), born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on September 19, 2026, at the age of 77. Karen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Karen will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Karen will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Karen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Lyons and Ralph Lyons; her husband Dennis Baughman; and her siblings, Helen McCord, Harold and Byron Lyons.

She is survived by: her children, Karen, Sheila Jones (Truman), Cherish Oliver (Jacob) of Corvallis and Jan Baughman (Andrea) of Middleton, Idaho. She is also survived by eight grandchildren an 3 great granddaughters plus many nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 25th 2027 at 2:00 PM at the Farnsworth Mortuary.
