He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Levien and Florine Levien. He is survived by: his wife Bekki; his sons, Kyle (Teo), Cody (Julia) and Quincy; his grandchildren, Wesley, Emma and Archer; his siblings, Craig (Laura), Nancy and Joann (John); and his nieces and nephews, Brenna, Claire, Martha, Megan, Laura, Aaron, Will, Mark, Luke and Justin.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Celebration Oct.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Keith's memory to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
