She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Estella North (Ernest Delbert Posey) and Ruidoso; her siblings, Alice Jean Heinrich and Jay T. Posey; and her daughter Anita Lynn Armstrong.
She is survived by: her husband David George Perkins III; her children, John Amos Perkins (Melissa), Rachel Tabalba (Daniel), Tommie Daron Armstrong (Lisa), Samuel Chisum Scarborough (Velyn Sia), Jonathon Stanley Scarborough, Mary Leah Scarborough (Shalom Keller), Wyman Beck Scarborough (Karen) and Mark Allen Scarborough (Joy); her grandchildren, Daron Lee Daniel Armstrong, Evan Thomas Armstrong, Alexandra Rose Armstrong, Morgan Linn Armstrong, Rachel Nicole Armstrong, Joshua Brigham Morris, Natasha Robyn Morris, Zachary Alexander Parra, Zahria Brynn Parra, Athena Jay Scarborough, Rain Meriadoc Scarborough, Ellie Wren Scarborough, Brixton Hayes Scarborough, Seth Corbin Skougaard, Dagan Kalel Black, Torin Lee Loretto, Anina Victoria Perkins, Quin Wyatt Perkins, Maddox Tabalba, Beck Zane Scarborough and Kalleigh Calypso Scarborough; her great grandchildren, Vida Amore Armstrong, Atreus Cesar Leon Canas, Brogan Pacheco, Rosito Videl Lopez and Cyrus Von Black; her great great grandchild Fia Marie Pacheco; and her sisters, Alta Sue Collums, Janette Woodruff, Eileen Snodgrass and Sandra Stierwalt.
