The passing of Phyllis J. Malcom of Corvallis, Oregon leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 93. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip L. McClanahan and Miriam H. Weis; and her brothers, David McClanahan of Odessa and Robert McClanahan (Bob) of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is survived by: her son-in-law Lee David of Amarillo; her daughter Suzy; her son-in-law Mike Bohnet of Herndon, VA; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Amando Vasquez of Amarillo, Christina, Yoshiya Inaba of Omura, Nagasaki, Emily and Josiah Dawson of Waterford, Michigan; her great grandchildren, Luke Howell, Charlotte Howell, Amando Vasquez and Zoe Vasquez of Amarillo, Texas.; and her siblings, James McClanahan (Jim) of Albany, John McClanahan of Pahrump, Michael McClanahan of Lebanon, Janet Sheffield of Jefferson and Sharon Woods of Salem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (306 SW Washington St, Albany, OR 97321).
