He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Herbert Heide and JoAnn Heide (Derr) of Lincoln City. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Heide Vanderwall (Peter) of Salem and John Heide (Cindy); his niece Erica Heide Gambino; and his nephew Edward Gray Heide of Virginia.
