He was predeceased by: his parents, John H Wagner and Wilma Jean Wagner (Herrmann); and his grandparents, John, Bertha Wagner (Kuhn), Charles and Mary Herrmann (Brehm).
He is survived by: his wife Gabriela Lopez; his son Wilfred Harold; his siblings, Randell Wagner (Shawn), Lowell Wagner (Mary Kay), Charla Wagner and Karla Gordon (Scott); his mother-in-law Ester V. Alvarado (Albay); his brother-in-law Bulganen A. Lopez (Charie Ann); and his siblings' children, Brandon Wagner (Libby), John Paul Wagner, Eric Gordon (Nicole), Wendell Lopez, Kristyn Brigance (Daniel), Kelsey Gordon, Laurin Wagner, Kirsten Gordon, Therese Lopez and Atarah Lopez.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeMoss-Durdan Funeral Home (815 NW Buchanan Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (434 E Grant St, Lebanon, OR 97355).
