She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Roy Nichols and Vivian Nichols (Martin); her siblings, Melvin Nichols, Janet Beck, Clare Knutson, Percy Nichols, Robert Nichols and Susan Nichols; her children, Aaron (Kathy Gagner), Ivan (Gioia Gagner), Terri Nichols, Michael (Marilyn Nichols), Lucinda (Wesley Brooks), Melody (Scott Delorme), Vivian Gagner of Cottage Grove, Tommy Gagner of Salem and Roy Lewis (Brittney Gagner); her husband Clyde Gagner; and her son Nolan Nichols. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
