He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Putman and Abbie Putman (Scouton); his wife Patricia Jean Ballard; and his sisters, Betty, Edna and Thelma.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Putman (Terree) of Bend, OR, Jeanette Pillow (Kevin) of Cottage Grove, OR, Ken Putman (Nancy) of Creswell, OR and Kevin Putman (Kathy) of Cottage Grove, OR. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
