He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Keen (David), Bobisue Campbell, Cortney Hubsky (Chris) and Emilyjean Campbell Cunningham; and his siblings, Scot Campbell (Stacy), Sue Sturgess (Dick) and Vivian Hoppe. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and fifteen nieces and nephews.
