He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Miller and Rhea Miller (Johnson); his wife Maile Wall; his children, Galen Miller of Boulder, Brett Miller of Denver, Samuel Miller of Los Angeles, Ian Miller of Cottage Grove, Oregon and Kirsten Young of Niwot, Colorado; and his sisters, Wendy Hitt of Santa Fe and Roxanne Suffecool of Tucson, Arizona. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren.
