He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Cottage Grove; his daughter Angie (Brian Saunders); his grandchildren, Morgan and Jackson; his son Jesse; his grandchildren, Cooper and Margaret; his great grandchild Amy (Cottage Grove); his cousin Verva Tarwater; his close friend Tim Remm of Eugene; his caregivers, Terry, Steve and Marissa; and also, Hannah, Forest and Clayton DeWitt.
