He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blackburn and Catherine Blackburn (Sanders); his siblings, Vira Chase and George Blackburn; and his former wife Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Rae Ann Pendleton of Cottage Grove, Jeanne LaRee Blackburn of Ridgecrest, California and Bryan Allen Blackburn of Bakersfield, California; his sister Betty Arriano of Santa Paula, California.; and his grandchildren, Aarin LaRee Quinn, Arthur Walter Tranh, Reggie, Miranda Ann, Kimmy and Victoria Gaunt. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
