He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Simons and Mable Simons; and his siblings, Bryan, Terry Simons and Patricia Dolph.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise "Jane" Simons; his children, Tonia Porter, Allen Simons, Lisa Ramp, Norma Dahlquist and Shannon Sias; his grandchildren, Jennifer Moore, Steven Meadows, Tiffany Dappert, Brittany Meadows, Theron Hill, Justin Hill and Amanda Dahlquist; his brothers, James Simons and Roy Simons; and his daughters, Hope Forgey and Terra Jacobsen Barnes. He is also survived by his numerous great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Harrison Elementary School (1000 Taylor Ave, Cottage Grove, OR 97424).
