He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Fraser and Ina Fraser. He is survived by : his wife Diane Scribner; his children, Megan Ely (Brad) and Andrew Fraser (Bailie); his grandchildren, Kye, Ryker and Haddie Ely; and his siblings, Deborah Fraser Helsell (Pete) and Douglas Fraser (Holly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made on David's behalf to the Applied Arts Outdoor Program at PADTC, 2200 East Ellendale Ave., Dallas, Oregon, 97338.
