He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Newton and Velma Newton; and his brother David Newton. He is survived by : his wife Patty; his children, Kirsten Mullins (Kelly) of Seattle, Bill Newton (Celia) of Hood River and Amy Newton-Ernst (Todd) of Portland; and his grandchildren, Sam, Madeleine, Sofia, Brownyn, Ella, Liam, Katherine, Nate and Landon.
