He is survived by : his siblings, Leslee Ellen, Rebecca Gail, Kenneth Lyle and Laurel Purdy of Falls City, OR; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Davis (Traci) of Albany, OR, Ben Purdy of Salem, OR., Danielle Purdy of Brooklyn, NY, Caitlin Purdy of Mill City, OR. and Sydney Purdy of Salem, OR. He is also survived by cousins, one great nephew and one great-great niece.
