Jack Condon Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Condon of Dallas, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Condon and Elizabeth Condon; and his sister Kathleen Carney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dornhecker of Dallas; his children, Denise Condon (Greg), Rich Slack (Kathy), Sean Condon (Kristin), Ryan Slack (Kristie) and Christopher Condon (Becky); his grandchildren, Jarod, Justin, Joseph, Aidan, Melina, Josh, Olly, Travis, Tyler, Tommy and Jaimee; his great grandchild Daelyn; and his siblings, Patricia Abbott and Thomas Condon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dallas Food Bank, James2 or Meals on Wheels.
