He was predeceased by: his mother Molly Wall; and his sister Betty Lu. He is survived by: his father Arthur Wall; his significant other Carolyn; his daughters, Debbie Wall McCleery of Dallas, Barbara Powers (Mike) of Buena Vista, Jody Wall-Lewis (Brad) of Eugene and Kathy Praegitzer of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Chelsea Powers (Conan Upton) of Philomath, Jordan Reimer (Janae) of Portland, Emily Umstead (Matt) of Tacoma, Jana Sandver (Kyle) of Turner, Molly Purganan (Anthony) of Eugene, Jeff Lewis of San Mateo, Anthony Manago of Chino, Jennifer Contrades (Bryson) of Waipio and Cory "Junior" Manago of Eugene; his great grandchildren, Zack Powers, Nilo Purganan, Judah Reimer, Leo Purganan, Justus Reimer, Evelyn Umstead, Jack Sandver, Owen Sandver, Norah Umstead and Myla Contrades; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Friesen, Ila Stoneburner and DeWayne Hoffman (Sandy).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Dallas United Methodist Church (565 SE Lacreole Dr, Dallas, OR 97338). They were in Hawaii shortly before COVID, and there is no doubt they would have visited many more places if the pandemic had not limited their travel.
He volunteered countless hours with the Dallas Kindness Club and was a member of the DRV Foundation board at the time of his passing.
