He is survived by : his parents, Kenneth Gardner and Mary Lou Gardner; his wife Julie Jones; his children, Michael, Madi Gardner and Ellie Fast (Kade); his stepchildren, Megan, Nathan and Tristen; his sister Nancy Yancey (Doug); his grandchildren, Evan, Blake, Farrah and Kaia; his aunt Freda Pankratz; and his uncle Darrell Chambers.

As a result, in lieu of flowers Jim has requested you donate blood in a future blood drive to help others in need.
