She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Yeager and Lorene Yeager; her son James "Bob" Sanford; her significant other Tom Galle; and her grandson Christopher Gault-Sanford.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Sanford, Jean Brooks and Jane Fitzgerald. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Willamette Vital Health Music Therapy, a cause that embraces Jo Ann's lifelong commitment to healing and support for others.
