He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Tichenor and Isabelle Tichenor; and his brothers, Earle Tichenor and Cal Tichenor. He is survived by: his children, John Martin Tichenor II (Kristi), Eric Paul Tichenor (Polly) and Sabina Jean (Tichenor); his wife Anneliese Tichenor of Wiesbaden, Germany.; his brother Don Tichenor; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Shaun, Isaak, Kierstin, Shea and Addy. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
