It is with sadness that the passing of Robert Thiessen (Dallas, Oregon) is shared. Robert passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Robert will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Robert by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Robert is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Robert’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Jerry; daughters: Sue (Rod Dunham) and JoAnn; parents: unnamed; brothers: Don Thiessen and Eldon Thiessen; sister: Evelyn Dickman; son-in-law: Rod Dunham; grandchildren: Ronald, Caleb, Seth, Jessica and others; and five grandchildren, three granddaughters by marriage, and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Evangelical Bible Church (1175 SE Howe St, Dallas, OR 97338).
