She is survived by : her husband Rick Wagner of Dallas, OR; her sons, Bill Hallahan of Salem, OR and Rick Hallahan (Karen) of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Kory Hallahan, Kristen Hallahan, Kaylin Hallahan, Kimmie Hallahan, Trevor Hallahan, Jessica Hallahan, Josephine and Luke Hallahan; her great grandchildren, Iris Hallahan and Ryker Hallahan; and her brother Jim Billingsley of Keizer, OR..
