He is survived by: his wife Marlene Louise White; and his children, Brian Lee Budlong (Mary Ann), Robert Lyle Budlong (late Norma Jean), Clystie Louise Trochlil (Brad) and Marci Lynn Rickards. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
