With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Otley of Diamond, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Davis and Betty Davis of Burns. She is survived by: her husband Bill Otley; her daughter Kristie; her son-in-law Jeff; her brother Don; her pet KC; her uncle Red Dunbar; and her cousins, Andy, Cathy, Linda, Tom, Scott, Rhonda and Laura.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (777 Saginaw Ave N, Hines, OR 97738).
