He is survived by: his children, Timothy Witherspoon (Tamey) of Elgin, OR., Wendy Witherspoon of Elgin, OR., Anita Kahut (Ray) of La Grande, OR., Sarah Witherspoon of Elgin, OR., Tara Doty (Rosie) of Elgin, OR., Jacob Witherspoon (Kaylei) of Madras, OR. and Andrew Witherspoon (Emily) of La Grande, OR.; his brothers, Jim Witherspoon (Judy) and Dale Witherspoon; and his sister-in-law Jaylene. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
