He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Leonard and Jessie Leonard (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Renee Powers; his children, Kevin Leonard of La Grande, OR, Thomas Leonard of Elgin, OR, Amanda Woosley of La Grande, OR and Tonna Dawson of Albany, OR; and his siblings, Joe Leonard and Anna Keele. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
