He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Tye and Marie Tye (Schoeneffer); his wife Jane Seehafer; his children, Roberta Som, Ruth Wright and Joseph Tye; his sons-in-law, Michael Wright, Ron Layton and Baron Preston; his granddaughter Jessica Wright; and his siblings, Eileen Orth, Barbara Ruth Kramer, Dorothy Martin, Edward and John Tye.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Tye (Maria), Rose Preston, Ronda English, Rene'Layton, John Tye (Teni) and Loretta Tye; and his sister Marie Janet Bridgeman.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 5:30 PM and on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Katherine Catholic Church (301 NW Garfield St, Enterprise, OR 97828).
