Home, Marty Stephens of Coos Bay, Kennith Bolt of Eugene, Todd Bolt of Springfield and Dean Bolt of Eugene, Oregon; and his sister Sandra Hallock of Oregon City, Oregon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
