He is survived by: his daughters, Madison Alexa Chavez and Makayla Rose Chavez; the mother of his children Heather Chavez; his parents, Armando Chavez, Jr. and Margie Chavez; his sisters, April Chavez and Juanita Chavez; and his niece Jaeden Rae Chavez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and a long list of cousins.
