He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Miller of Springfield and Geraldine Davis of Cottage Grove, Ore.; his siblings, Cyndi Miller of Springfield and Tom Miller of Eugene; his sons, Shawn Miller (Rebecca Conner) of Lewistown, Adam Miller (Autumn Miller) of Hillsboro and Eric Miller of Springfield; his grandchildren, Madalyn, Ava and Andrew; and his former wife Shelly Miller of Springfield.
