It is with sadness that the passing of Marilyn Jo Ayers (Eugene, Oregon) is shared. Marilyn, born on July 22, 1936 in Redmond, Oregon, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Marilyn will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Marilyn by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Marilyn is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Marilyn’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswald Pedersen and Violet Pedersen; her son Christopher Ayers; and her brothers, Richard Pedersen and Larry Pedersen.
She is survived by: her husband Robert (Bob); her daughter Marci Harris; and her brother Gene Pedersen.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Fellowship Church (834 Monroe St, Eugene, OR 97402).
