He was predeceased by: his grandson Jason. He is survived by: his wife Lena Kostopulos; his children, Tommy (Lisa), Trevor Tallon (Stacy), Anastasia Ehlers (Rob) and Xander Ehlers; his sisters, Cathy Manwaring and Ann Tallon (Ruth Ann Hamlin); and his grandchildren, Aubrey, Jackson, Megan, Ryan and Penelope.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stark's Funeral Home (3651 S 900 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106).
In lieu of flowers, you are invited to honor Tom's love of his dogs, Jake, Bogie, Rowdy and Gus by making a donation to any favored animal shelter.
