He is survived by: his children, Ida Meury of Forest Grove, Oregon and Arthur Alvin "Art" Meury of Forest Grove; his grandchildren, Art Kindel of Banks, Bob Kindel of Gresham, Oregon., Joe Tipton, Jr. of Forest Grove, Oregon, Attalie Stiles of Nehalem and Lydia Stiles of Portland, Oregon; his great grandchild Cassidy Oden-Tipton; and his grandchildren, Henrick and Aizlyn Zettergren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
