He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parsons and Meta Parsons (Heinze). He is survived by: his wife Claudia Parsons; his children, Ehren Parsons of Elma, Washington and Karine; his son-in-law Paul Keely of Bellevue; his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Margo Parsons of Mesquite, Nevada.; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Cooper and Rayce Keely.
