We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2024, at the age of 86, Marlys Rose Burn (Forest Grove, Oregon), born in South Haven, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elton Thurber and Margaret Thurber (Miller); her husband Dean Burn; her grandson Loren Burn; and her brothers, Richard Thurber, Douglas Thurber, Allen Thurber and Kenneth Thurber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Pearson and Janis Burn; her close friends, Donna Martinez of Forest Grove, Oregon, David Burn, Lynn Barrett of Hammond, Oregon, Kathy and Lynn Powell of Hillsboro, Oregon; and her siblings, Judy Moore, Ronald Thurber, Kurt Thurber, Gene Thurber, Gayle Thurber and Bruce Thurber. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
