She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perrick and Viola Perrick (Pentilla); and her siblings, John Perrick, Judy Kersey and Mark Perrick.
She is survived by: her former husband Antonio Ballestero; her daughter Oriana Ballestero of Beaverton; her sisters, Sharon Wilson of San Bruno and Dorothy Prosser of Napa; and her grandchildren, Maribel Ballestero of Beaverton, Antonio Ballestero of Beaverton, Ariano Ballestero of Beaverton and Gabriel Ballestero of Beaverton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
