She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jackson and Bertha Jackson (Gilbert); her siblings, Frank Jackson Jr., John Jackson Jr., Arthur "Roy" Jackson and Shirley Goodman; and her sons, Joseph Richter and Stacy Richter.
She is survived by: her husband Edward F. Richter of Anthony's Catholic Church; her sisters, Janice Emery and Joann Chapman; her sons, James "Jim" Richter of Forest Grove and Steven "Steve" Richter of Forest Grove; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Megan, Marci, Ashley, Ambree, Jennifer, Trisha, Mackenzie, Branda, Bradley, Corey and Cody. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
