He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester and Naomi Blem (Worley); his brother Alan Blem; and his nephew Bradley Clayton. He is survived by: his children, Ian (Anne Blem), Dale (Lindsey Blem) and Kelsey (Logan Smith); his grandson Murphy Blem; his siblings, Larry (Marda Blem), Don (Cindy Blem) and Sharon (Bob Stromer); and his mother-in-law Barbara Finney of Forest Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
