He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fred Richter and Nadine Grace Richter (Jackson) of Forest Grove, Oregon. He is survived by: his sons, Cody Richter of Hillsboro and Corey Richter of Portland; his brothers, James "Jim" Richter of Forest Grove, Joseph "Joe" Richter of Gaston and Steven "Steve" Richter of Forest Grove, Oregon.; and his grandchildren, Dustin of Portland, Colton of Portland and Armella Richter of Portland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
