She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Eischen and Ida Eischen (Francis); and her siblings, Yvonne James and Dave Eischen. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Meury of Forest Grove, Oregon; her children, Ida Meury of Forest Grove, Oregon and Arthur Alvin "Art" Meury of Forest Grove; her foster sons, Art and Bob Kindel of Oregon; her sister LaDelle Nosen of Oregon City; her stepsisters, Bonnie Engle of Arizona and Deanna Beeler of Tillamook, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Joe Tipton, Jr. of Mountaindale, Oregon, Attalie Stiles of Nehalem and Lydia Stiles of Portland, Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Cassidy Oden-Tipton, Henrik Zettergren and Aizlyn Zettergren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that remembrances may be contributions to the American Heart Association, Oregon Chapter, 4380 S. Macadam Avenue, #480, Portland, Oregon 97239, in her memory.
