William Cerles Kortè Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Cerles Kortè of Forest Grove, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though William may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Gahan and Edwin Kortè. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kortè; his daughter Marlee Frazier; his son-in-law Pat Frazier; and his grandchildren, Meghan Frazier, Ian Frazier (Abby) and Kristi Reid (Michael). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation, the HIKE Fund, or the Portland Shriner's Hospital.
