He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Lumsden; his daughters, Jill Durand (Mark) and Julie Poetsch; his grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Parker and Nikelle; and his siblings, Greg Lumsden, Meredith Holmes and Janis Irwin.
He died in his sleep on Dec. 29, 2025 from Parkinson's at the age of 81 years old.
