Candace Bartow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 73, Candace Bartow in Grants Pass, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Candace has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Simensen and Barbara L. Simensen; and her brothers, Rex Simensen and Randal Simensen. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Bartow; her daughter Emily Bartow; and her sister Jan Davis. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reinhart Volunteer Park (1690 SW Webster Rd, Grants Pass, OR 97526).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Women's Crisis Center or a local Girl Scout council — causes she championed throughout her life.
